ProSep Achieves Inter-Continental Growth & Success
Emphasizing the impressive capabilities of its Multiphase Adjustable Xtreme (MAX+) mixer technology, integrated process solutions provider ProSep is on an impressive streak across multiple continents thanks to the adoption of its high-efficiency mixer.
Key to ProSep’s portfolio of differentiated technologies, the MAX+ mixer for crude desalting helps reduce chemical and wash water consumption, cut operational costs, enhances efficiency, and enables higher production rates. Separate operators in central Europe, central and Midwest America, and the Arabian Peninsula are all experiencing these benefits first-hand.
These recent endorsements signify a successful trend of greater use and awareness of ProSep’s high-efficiency mixers. These projects, which have been consecutively secured over the past two years, are all in varying stages of completion.
Projects in the US and the Middle East are set for installation in the spring, while on-site testing is currently ongoing for the customer in central Europe.
ProSep anticipates that results for all four projects will be gathered in Q3 this year, with early results from the central European mixer showing significant improvements in the desalting process.
Despite the geographical differences between the projects, all four validate strategic aims set by ProSep’s leadership team to gain traction in the respective regions and support local energy infrastructure.
ProSep European Sales Manager Jacek Kacperski has led the key European project. He commented: “Our MAX+ mixer driving success across three continents simultaneously testifies to its capabilities and how the market is eager to explore operational efficiency improvements. In past projects, we have demonstrated how MAX+, through homogeneous distribution and effective wash water mixing, can improve the separation of wash water and crude oil mixture in downstream desalting vessels.
While these four projects are still ongoing, they have shown continued progress and point to the potential of immense savings for each customer – both in reducing chemical and wash water consumption. Over the next four to six months, we look forward to working closely with each client to commission these units, monitor efficiency gains, and ensure we continue to deliver long-term operational benefits.”
